A blend of oriental herbs which may help to calm the body and May assist with balancing blood sugar; this blend contains organic lemon grass, ginger, jasmine flowers and goji berries. 

Brew 2.5g (1 Heaped Teaspoon)
for 3 Minutes at 100°C
