Butterfly Blue

A vivid blue infusion, served hot or cold with the added benefits and flavour of lemon myrtle and calendula. Add citrus and watch the colour change. Great in cocktails.

Warm: Use 2.5grs (1 heaped tsp) at 95 °c

Cold: Add 1-2 tsp to cold water and leave in the fridge overnight
