Organic Genmaicha

Often called brown rice tea or popcorn tea, Genmaicha is made be mixing green tea, usually Bancha or Sencha, with toasted rice. Originally the rice was a filler so that poor people could afford tea, but later became popular among all walks of life. It is low in caffeine and an ideal after-dinner tea.
